Yes, Virginia, There Is A Real Boogeyman…

I’m spittin’ mad. This is bullshit….

The Supreme Court struck down a law that allows the execution of people convicted of a raping a child.

In a 5-4 vote, the court said the Louisiana law allowing the death penalty to be imposed in such cases violates the Constitution’s ban on cruel and unusual punishment.

“The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child,” Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in his majority opinion. His four liberal colleagues joined him, while the four more conservative justices dissented. Read rest of story here.

Not proportional for the rape of a child? Cruel and unusual punishment?

A child who is raped has not just lost their virginity. They’ve lost their innocence, their ability to trust, their abiity to have healthy relationships as adults. A raped or molested child is left with memories. Ugly, ugly, dark memories. Memories that never fully leave. Memories that lurk in a dark corner, rearing their heads at unexpected and unprepared for times.

Of course, racism is being served up as a reason for his death penalty sentence. Read story here. This is not about the color of a man’s skin for crying out loud. It’s about an 8 yr old innocent child being forced to spread her legs and submit to a man who was suppose to love her. This really pisses me off. As a victim of molestation and knowing other victims (including an 8 yr old girl), I can truthfully tell you that it doesn’t matter what color that man was. A penis, whether white, black, yellow, brown, purple, or any other color hurts unmercifully. This, my friends, IS cruel and unusual punishment.

So, Kennedy and other scumbag pedophiles like him will now be able to rape a child and only face life imprisonment. Now, the child will be aware that the man who hurt her/him so terribly is still alive.

And, what about the child who grows up and commits suicide because the memories haunt him/her? Are the Kennedys not responsible for their death? Are they not, then, just as guilty of killing that child as they would be if they had murdered them after the rape?

Yes, Virginia, there is a boogeymen….and some of them make our laws.

But, Virginia, with a little luck, that boogeyman will sooner or later run into an inmate who either was molested/raped as a child or simply hates low-life like Kennedy. Then, Virginia, justice will be served…..without a Supreme Court ruling.

Some of you will disagree.  Watch the following video. Then, think about it. Think about it all day. Dream about it tonight. It might make you re-think your position to let these scumbag lowlifes still live.

Personally, I think this guy should be held down and have crayons stuffed in every single hole in his body, including the tiny hole in his penis. And, it should be those great big jumbo crayons. The crayons should remain in his body even after he has suffocated. As his body lies in his casket, all of the crayons should still be inserted for everyone to see.
